Bible:

  • Matthew  12:46-50, 13:1-23,
  • Mark 3:31-35, 4:1-29
  • Luke 8:4-21

Exercise: – nothing formal

Meals:

  • breakfast – left over fajita meat & veggies
  • coffee, coconut milk, cream, s/f syrup
  • lunch – tenderloin salad
  • snacks – pine nuts, pecans, mixed nuts
  • dinner – Parmesan Walleye, Fried Jicama Chips, if you have not made these, they are better than home made potato chips – a tiny bit sweet with light salt.  Reminds me of Kettle Corn.
