Exercise:

  • 10 sit ups
  • 10 deadlifts
  • 10 squats (not all the way down because knee is almost perfect, but not quite
  • 10 bench presses

Meals

  • Hardees – low carb breakfast bowl
  • coffee, coconut oil, cream, Da Vinci s/f syrup
  • lunch – left over Mexican casserole
  • dinner- Fajitas, artichoke hearts.
