Bible:

  • Matthew 8:28-34,13:24-52
  • MarkĀ  4:30-41, 5:1-20
  • LukeĀ  8:22-25

Exercise: (I plan to buy a slightly bigger weight this weekend)

  • 10 sit-ups
  • 10 deadlifts
  • 10 squats (knee is fine so I can go all the way down again)
  • 10 bench presses

Meals

  • breakfast -2 eggs, pepperoni, cheese cooked in coconut oil
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, Da Vinci s/f syrup
  • lunch – Arbys turkey sand without the bun, side salad
  • dinner- wings, celery & carrot sticks in blue cheese dressing (restaurant)
