Exercise:

  • 15 sit ups
  • 10 dead lifts
  • 8 squats
  • 10 bench press

Meals:

  • 2 eggs scrambled with ham & cheese in coconut oil
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, Da/Vinci s/f syrup
  • lunch- left over cube steak with gravy, salad.
  • dinner- 2 chicken legs from KFC, & green beans, nuts
  • tea with coconut oil
