Bible: Ro 15:1-16:27, Acts 20:7-38

Exercise: (Dr Thomas Seyfreid says exercise should not be vigorous if you have cancer – it will raise your blood glucose)

  • 10 sit ups
  • 10 deadlifts
  • 10 squats (shallow because I hurt knee)
  • 10 bench presses
  • 20 min treadmill 3mph (note slowed it down)

Glucose & Ketones

  • 74 (6:45 a.m.)
  • 82 (2:30)
  • 87 (8:30 p.m.)
  • 83  (10:00 p.m)
  • Ketones at 10-  2.7!  too cool! Maybe exercise helped? Also had Dr Mercola Vit D spray and it has MCT oil in it.

Breakfast:

  • tuna & egg salad (w mayo & celery)
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, s/f syrup
  • tuna & egg salad
  • snack- pumpkin seeds
  • chicken, broccoli, parmesan, cream cheese & cream
