afternoon – 2 oz macadamia nuts, 1/2 oz pumpkin seeds

dinner Рbeef stroganoff made w cream cheese & saut̩ed cabbage w butter

dessert – 1 low carb brownie, butter, cream

macros – fat 140, protein 63, carb 26.6, fiber 7.6
