Fasting Blood Glucose  83 (hurray – is this better because of B vitamins I am taking or because I got over my sickness?)

breakfast – tuna, egg salad w mayo & celery
coffee, butter, coconut oil, stevia

lunch – left over beef with broccoli, 1.5 oz macadamia nuts, 1/2 avocado

afternoon – cup homemade low carb hot cocoa

dinner- shepherds pie made with ground bison in mashed turnips with cheeses on top

Macros fat 146, protein 66, carb 25.8  fiber 12.7

ketones 1.6  glucose 95
