Bible – Deut 15:1-18:22

Breakfast – 2 eggs cooked in butter with little left over cauliflower & corned beef. coffee, cream, coconut oil, butter, stevia

lunch – 1 oz macadamia nuts, left over cauliflower & corned beef with alfredo sauce

afternoon – frozen low carb brownie, microwave w butter & add cream

dinner 2.6 chicken (off wings – Parmesan wings), 1 c zucchini & shallots sliced & cooked in olive oil

macros  fat 123, protein 59, carb 18.2, fiber 8

ketones 1.2  glucose 99
