lunch – Arby’s Reuben sandwich without bread or salad dressing. salad & Newmans Own Caesar dressing

afternoon 7 almonds, 14 walnuts

BBQ chicken (this was marinated in 7up and soy sauce, garlic, olive oil- I hoped 7 Up wouldn’t seep into chicken but it did and it messed up my numbers.) 1/2 avocado 1/2 cucumber w/o skin, ranch dressing, asparagus

ketones  .7 (darn – lowest in a while)  glucose 95
