Breakfast – 1 egg, 2 bacon, 2 c coffee, coconut oil, butter, stevia

snack – 1.5 oz macadamia nuts

lunch – blackberries, cream (this blew my ketones) tuna & egg salad with mayo & celery

peanut butter & celery (this also blew it)

dinner – chicken & vegetable soup (celery, green bell pepper, little onion, drink with cream macros

fat 120  protein 71, carb 25.7, fiber 9.7

ketones .8 (lowest in quite a while) glucose 95
