tea, butter, coconut oil

Zucchini casserole bell pepper strips, dill & sour cream dip

pecans coconut toasted in butter

Macros  fat 160, protein 61,  Carb 27, fiber 16

(coconut surprised me- more fat, carb and fiber than I realized.)
