Breakfast- 1 egg, cooked in coconut oil w 2 frozen links by Tennessee Pride,  12 oz coffee w butter, coconut oil, cream, stevia

lunch- 1.8 oz New York Strip steak, 25 pumpkin seeds, 1/2 c canned beans with butter, 1/2 avocado

afternoon – couple spoons of left over whipped cream, few pecans

dinner-3 fried chicken wings (carbquik), 1 c sliced cucumber w Ranch dressing, 1/2 c fried turnips (like French fries)

macros  fat 135, protein 53, carb 25.6  fiber 9

ketones 3.6  glucose 88
