lunch- meat ball,1/2 c spaghetti squash, butter, tea with coconut oil, cream, butter, stevia

afternoon snack 22 dry roasted almonds

dinner – 2 chicken wings, 1/2 c squash, .6 oz butter,

evening-1 T coconut butter

macros fat 134, protein 47, carb 28.3, fiber 14.1

ketones 1.9  glucose 89
