Bible thru year- 1 Sam 1:1-27 & 30:1-31:13,

1 Chronicles 10:1-14

Breakfast – 1 egg cooked in butter, 1 link, 1 patty, 4 oz coffee with coconut oil, butter, cream, stevia

lunch 1 egg with 3 slices bacon afternoon – 3 oz macadamia nuts

dinner – 2 oz roasted chicken thigh cooked with artichoke hearts, greek olives, feta cheese & spinach

evening snack – home made hot cocoa.

macros- fat 165, protein 64, carb 16, fiber 8

ketones 2.2,  glucose 83
