Bible: Daniel 11:36-12:13, Ps 93, 94, 95, 96

Exercise: nothing formal

Meals: 

  • Breakfast-2 eggs scrambled in coconut oil with feta cheese & spinach.  coffee & cream & splenda
  • lunch- big salad with spinach, butter lettuce, hearts of palm, romaine & topped with left over Mediterranean Salmon and Annies Shitake Sesame salad dressing
  • Dinner- Filet with Gorgonzola Sauce and
  • Kale and Brussels sprouts Salad
  • piece of Trader Joes 85 % dark chocolate
  • small glass wine
