Bible:

  • Matthew 9:1-8, 2:13-28, 9:9-17, 12:1-8
  • Mark 2:1-12
  • Luke 5:17-39,  6:1-5

Exercise: clean house and work on yard

Meals:

  • 4 bacon & 2 eggs
  • coffee, coconut oil, cream, s/f syrup
  • lunch – few nuts, artichokes, left over brisket, pickles
  • dinner – bone soup – cook bones, pull meat off, cook up hamburger to go in, sauté onions & garlic – add
  • dessert – low carb ice cream
