Still sick, have had respiratory illness/flu for little over a week.

Bible- Exodus 19:1-21:36

breakfast – sliced zucchini cooked in olive oil then scramble egg & add cheese, coffee, butter, coconut oil, stevia

lunch – tuna & egg salad w mayo & celery.  On salad with macadamia nuts

afternoon snack – cream cheese & celery & tea with butter & coconut oil

dinner – cooked cabbage – made lasagna using cabbage instead of noodles and using a little Rao spaghetti sauce mixed with cream.  layered meat in sauce with cabbage & mozzarella & parmesan

macros   fat 141,  protein 61,  carb 17, fiber 5
