Bible: Romans 5:1-8:17

Exercise: 8581 steps 30 very active

  • 15 sit ups
  • 10 deadlifts
  • 10 squats (not sure why but knees sore later)
  • 10 bench press
  • 26 min treadmill 3.5 mph

Meals:

  • breakfast – 2 eggs, coconut oil, little bit strip steak
  • coffee, cream, coconut milk, s/f syrup
  • lunch – left over steak from yesterday lunch, little cabbage w sausage
  • dinner – Christmas Party.  Had a small glass sweet white wine, little gin & sugar free tonic, salad with oil & vinegar, prime rib
