  • 2 eggs, coconut oil, 1/2 oz Brie cheese, 1 tsp sundried tomatoes
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, little stevia
  • left over Cauliflower & Ham Au Gratin
  • macadamia nuts, tea with coconut oil
  • 2 oz filet mignon, .7 c Brussels sprouts (roasted with oil, salt & pepper) sliced cucumbers with Newmans Own Caesar dressing. & tea w 1 T coconut oil.
