Exercise – woke late. back to levothyroxine

Meals:

  • breakfast – left over chicken
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, stevia
  • lunch- chicken in spaghetti sauce & cream w spaghetti squash. Pumpkin seeds, few smokehouse almonds
  • dinner – corned beef, cabbage sautéed, artichokes
  • dessert – brie cheese heated in microwave with little s/f boysenberry jam, few pecans
