Bible:

  • Luke 17:20-18:14,
  • John 7:1-52

Exercise – I took off my other weights and put 10# on each end of barbell (just bought 10# weights at Walmart).  I was surprised how much heavier it seemed

  • 20 sit ups
  • 10 deadlifts
  • 10 squats
  • 10 bench presses

Meals:

  • breakfast- 2 eggs, cream cheese, coconut oil, olives
  • coffee, coconut oil, cream, s/f syrup
  • lunch – at Arbys I ordered “meal deal” of Reuben, side salad, diet Mtn Dew.  I tossed the bread on Reuben and just ate insides
  • dinner – made Pot Roast, cooked 1 onion & 2 summer squash 20 min, then added 1 c sour cream, salad & dressing
  • snack – mixed nuts
