Continue with prescriptions for Acyclovir (antiviral) and Magnesium 64 , Levothyroxine but just take 25 mg/day,

Continue with Omega 3 & Cranberry capsules, Na bicarb

Stop taking Revlamid (I am always anemic), will try Curcumin & Resveratrol.

Add: Garden of Life 50 & wiser women Multivitamin – taking just 2 (not 4),  2 calcium w D, 1 Resveratrol, Curcumin C3 (Pure Prescription)

dinner – chicken a la king, salad

ketones – 5, glucose 75
