Bible-I am behind, but catching up.  1 John 4:1-5:21, 2 John 1:1-13, 3 John 1:1-14, Revelation 1:1-20

Exercise – just returning presents.

Glucose

  • evening – glucose 102,  Ketones 3.2 (this reflects the fact I have really been working at lower protein as well as lower carb – and more fat)
