2. Coconut oil

Coconut oil is not a supplement, but I try to consume 500 calories per day of Coconut oil or whole canned Coconut milk or mct oil.

It is also important to have coconut oil regularly spaced in the day.

My favorite ways to consume are in homemade hot cocoa or hot tea or mct oil in homemade iced lemonade- mct oil stays liquid when cold.

I use stevia to sweeten the above.
