breakfast – tuna & egg salad with mayo & celery coffee, butter, coconut oil, stevia

lunch – left over chicken & vegetable soup with sour cream & cheese on top 1/3 oz pumpkin seeds

afternoon – Chai tea with coconut oil & stevia

dinner -homemade bone broth soup with beef, onions, canned beans, crème fraiche

1 oz macadamia nuts, low carb brownie, butter, cream

macros;  fat 123, protein 75, carb 29, fiber 12.7

ketones  2.8  glucose 96
