Breakfast – smoothie with 1 scoop whey, 1/4 c unsweetened frozen cranberries, 1 T peanut butter, 1 T coconut oil, 4 T cream in water & ice

lunch – left over chicken a la king, 1/2 avocado, few asparagus

afternoon – low carb brownie with butter & cream

dinner- 2.5 oz flank steak, zucchini grilled, salad with Caesar dressing,

macros; fat 128.5, protein 72, carb 29, fiber 11

Ketones: 2.4  glucose 93
