breakfast – 1 egg, 2 slices bacon, coffee w butter, coconut oil & cream & stevia

lunch – 3 oz ground beef with .6 oz cheddar cheese

dinner – 4 oz bison cooked on grill,  cauliflower with alfredo sauce

evening snack- low carb brownie, butter, cream, pecans

macros – fat 119, protein 72, carb 12.6, fiber 6
