Breakfast- 2 large eggs cooked in coconut oil & olives coffee, butter, coconut oil, stevia

lunch – 2.5 oz ground beef with little cheese & bacon salad, oil & vinegar

after work – made hot cocoa – melt 1/2 oz bakers chocolate in 1/2 c water & coconut oil, add pat butter and 1/2 c cream and stevia – yum

dinner- shrimp scampi over broccoflower

macros: fat 145, protein 42, carb 18.5, fiber
