Bible: Jude 1:17-25, 2 Peter 1:1-3:18, 2 Timothy 1:1-18

85 (9:00p.m.)  ketones 2.6  Since I am using www.calorieking.com I can see when I am eating too much protein and I can cut it back.

Meals:

  • 2 eggs, 1.5 oz cooked jimmy dean sausage, 1 tsp coconut oil
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, stevia
  • 1 oz (19 pecan halves)
  • Arbys Reuben without thousand island dressing.  Tossed bun & part of meat.  Also had side salad without dressing
  • 2 oz ground beef with taco spices on bed of iceberg lettuce, 1/2 oz shredded cheese, 1 T sour cream, 3 artichoke hearts
  • a bit like egg nog:  3 T heavy cream & ice & water & Da Vinci s/f pumpkin pie syrup
