Exercise:

  • 10 dead lifts
  • 10 squats
  • 10 bench press

Glucose:

  • 85  (6:30 a.m.)
  • 96   Ketones 1.6

Meals:

  • piece of 8 x 13 Quiche I had in freezer
  • coffee, coconut oil, stevia
  • left over creamy Chicken Vegetable Soup
  • 1 small 100 cal package of smoked almonds
  • 2 Minute Donut Bun
  • 1 T melted butter & 1 tsp sugar free boysenberry preserves.
