Exercise:

Glucose (had 1/4 levothy)

  • 85 (6:30a.m.)
  • 83 (5:00 p.m)
  • 95 (10:00pm)  Ketones 1.6

Meals:

  • 2 eggs, coconut oil, brie cheese, 3 olives
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, stevia
  • salad, cheese, 2 bacon, little turkey, oil & vinegar
  • 1 oz smokehouse almonds & few pumpkin seeds
  • dinner- creamy Chicken Vegetable Soup (delicious- I had some frozen chicken, vegetable soup and added some cream)
  • 1/2 c whole milk ricotta cheese & tsp Da Vinci s/f pumpkin pie syrup
