Bible:

  • Matthew 22:23-46, 23:1-36
  • Mark  12:18-40
  • Luke  10:25-37,20:27-47

Exercises:

  • 15 sit ups
  • 10 deadlifts
  • 10 squats
  • 10 bench press

Meals:

  • breakfast – I had frozen pieces of breakfast casserole I made Saturday
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, s/f syrup
  • lunch- left over chicken & vegetable soup
  • snacks- zesty dill pickles, pickled corn, marinated artichoke hearts, Macademia nuts, 1 carrot
  • dinner – Meat Balls, spaghetti squash, salad

Ketones – .3 (still lower than I want- tom sauce & carrot & spaghetti squash must have been too much
