Bible: 1 Sam 22:6- 23:1-29, psalm 52, 109

Breakfast – 1 egg, 2 slices low sodium bacon, coffee w cream, coconut oil, butter & stevia

lunch- went to Chinese food restaurant and they were willing to serve chicken & vegetables with no sauce – just oil on the side and I added soy sauce.  Very good.

low carb/high fat hot cocoa.

dinner – 2 oz sockeye salmon, 1/3 c cooked cauliflower with Alfredo sauce, salad with Caesar dressing

1 small low carb brownie with butter & cream

macros  fat 131, protein 61, carb 22, fiber 6

ketones 3.4  glucose 83
