breakfast – 2 oz chicken with sauce, coffee, cream, coconut oil, butter, stevia

lunch – 1 oz macadamia nuts, 2 oz grilled flank steak, 1/2 avocado, strips of sautéed bell pepper

afternoon – .6 oz butter with 1/2 oz pecans

dinner – 1 oz beef (in stroganoff), 1 c mock potato salad with cauliflower

macros:  fat 140, protein 47.6, carb 20, fiber 12.7
