dinner – chicken salad – chicken, mayo, celery with salad of romaine, cherry tomatoes 1/2 avocado & Caesar dressing, asparagus roasted with olive oil

dinner – 8 asparagus roasted w olive oil, salt & pepper, 1 oz elk pounded with carbquik, 5 pcs low sodium bacon

lunch- 1.8 oz New York Strip steak, 25 pumpkin seeds, 1/2 c canned beans with butter, 1/2 avocado

afternoon – couple spoons of left over whipped cream, few pecans

dinner-3 fried chicken wings (carbquik), 1 c sliced cucumber w Ranch dressing, 1/2 c fried turnips (like French fries)
